How can I work with Training for today?
-
Volunteering to become part of Training for today's annual self assessment process where employers, learners, vocational teams, managers and senior managers come together to analyse and evaluate the work carried out by each individual team. This is your opportunity to actively take part in the process and support Training for today to celebrate achievements/good practice and plan to overcome potential challenges/issues.
-
Visiting the training centre to speak to a group of learners aged 14-16 years old, providing specialist knowledge of the world of work and YOUR sector.
-
Visiting the training centre to complete a pod cast (a short video) of a demonstration or talk about the sector that can be used again and again with learners on all programmes.
-

-
Providing 14-16 year old and/ or 16-18 year old learners with work placement opportunities allowing them to become part of a team and experience YOUR sector. This will help them to make informed choices regarding their career route.
